Ups & Downs

In “Ups and Downs,” the dark, deep-toned background represents the difficult phases of life with moments weighed down by guilt, regret, and inner struggle. Emerging from this darkness, the vivid and luminous floral forms symbolize goodness, growth, and hope. These brighter elements exist not in denial of the past, but because of it. Our mistakes and hardships shape our values and guide us toward a more righteous path in the present. Life, in its essence, is a balance of contrast where light rising from shadow. Together, these ups and downs form a complete picture, and that picture is life itself.

Tears Of Joy

This painting, titled Tears of Joy, showcases a hyper-realistic depiction of vibrant green leaves adorned with glistening droplets of water. The meticulous detail in the water droplets, their reflections, and the varying textures of the leaves bring a sense of freshness and vitality to the composition. The contrast between the deep green and the soft yellow-green hues of the leaves enhances the depth and dimension of the painting. The way light interacts with the water droplets and the leaves adds a sense of movement, as if capturing a fleeting moment after rainfall. The dark background serves to emphasize the luminous quality of the leaves and droplets, making them stand out vividly. The title, Tears of Joy, evokes an emotional connection to nature, symbolizing renewal, growth, or the beauty found in life’s simple moments. The droplets can be interpreted as nature’s “tears,” not of sorrow, but of celebration and rejuvenation.

Unity In Diversity

This painting, titled Unity in Diversity, presents an intricate composition of leaves in various shades of green, brown, and hints of blue, set against a deep, almost black background. The leaves exhibit a luminous, almost metallic sheen, highlighting their distinct textures and organic forms. The artwork conveys a sense of harmony within variety—each leaf appears unique in its color, shape, and shading, yet together they create a cohesive, interconnected whole. The contrast between light and shadow adds depth and dimensionality, making the leaves appear almost three-dimensional. The title, Unity in Diversity, suggests a deeper meaning beyond the visual aesthetics. It reflects how individuality can coexist within a collective, symbolizing themes of coexistence, harmony, and interdependence. The painting’s realism blended with subtle abstraction invites viewers to reflect on nature’s diversity as a metaphor for human society.

The Strange belongingness

In this painting, the leaf is the subject, imagined as a human figure. The story reflects a moment when a person loses an integral part of life, such as family, belonging, or roots. Even in such loss, God bestows His mercy by giving purpose and sustenance from unexpected sources. The leaf has fallen from its family tree that once stood beside a riverbank. It no longer belongs there. When it detaches and falls, its fate could have been harsh. It could have landed on dry ground and withered alone, or fallen into the flowing river and been carried away. Instead, God destined its fall upon stones where a small stream of water passes gently. The stones become a community of strangers who embrace the leaf as their own. The water is enough to keep it alive, and the stones protect it from being swept away. Though this shelter is temporary, it is sufficient. The leaf survives not forever, but peacefully, until its final breath. This moment reflects how mercy, belonging, and meaning can still exist even after loss, often arriving from places least expected.

Kith & Kin

In this painting, a cluster of flowers represents a kinship, where each bloom stands as a member of a shared family. The three prominent flowers with yellow stigmas symbolize the elders or guiding figures, each representing a family unit. Surrounding them are smaller, delicate blossoms that signify the offsprings and the newcomers, full of life and continuity. Scattered on the ground are dried and decayed brown petals, symbolizing those who have passed away and quietly reminding us of the inevitable end of life. They serve as a gentle truth rather than a harsh one, grounding the scene in reality. The white flowers embody peace in its purest form. Through this work, there is a wish that peace, though rare, may spread everywhere and become a shared language beyond boundaries, generations, and differences

The Chosen One

Amidst a sea of leaves, a single rose rises in unmatched beauty and grace, embodying the essence of a leader destined to inspire. This painting symbolizes the one who stands apart—not through pride, but through profound wisdom, compassion, and justice. The rose’s fragrance uplifts its surroundings, just as true leadership elevates humanity, guiding with clarity and uniting with love. The contrast between the vibrant rose and the humble leaves reflects the rare harmony of strength and humility. This piece invites contemplation on the qualities that define greatness and the timeless impact of a chosen soul.
